SMS Communications
Eudela LLC ("Eudela") sends transactional SMS messages on behalf of medspa operator customers to their staff and patients. Message types include order confirmations, inventory alerts, BUD expiration reminders, and patient reorder notifications.
How we collect consent: End users (medspa staff and patients) provide explicit opt-in consent before any SMS is sent. Staff consent during account activation. Patients consent during clinic intake via a written or digital form. Consent checkboxes are unchecked by default. Opting in to SMS is never a condition of receiving care or accessing services.
How to opt out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe immediately. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages. Reply START to re-subscribe. Reply HELP for assistance.
Message frequency: Varies based on your peptide program activity.

Who we serve
Eudela is a business-to-business platform used by medical practices and their authorized staff. The practices that use Eudela are responsible for their own relationships with their patients. Eudela processes information on behalf of those practices.
Information we collect
We collect the following types of information:
- Practice and user information: names, email addresses, phone numbers, roles, and login credentials of the practice staff who use Eudela.
- Patient information entered by practices: patient names, contact details (email and phone number), treatment protocols, and reorder schedules. This information is entered into Eudela by the medical practice, not collected by Eudela directly from patients.
- Operational data: orders, inventory records, draw logs, and message delivery history created through normal use of the platform.
- Technical information: standard log data such as device, browser, and usage information used to operate and secure the service.
How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide and operate the Eudela platform for medical practices.
- Send operational messages, including order communications to pharmacies and reorder reminders to patients who have opted in through their practice.
- Maintain, secure, and improve the service.
- Comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Text message (SMS) information
When a medical practice uses Eudela to send reorder reminders by text message, those messages are sent only to patients who have opted in through the practice. Phone numbers used for SMS reminders are used solely to deliver those reminders and related operational messages. We do not share SMS opt-in data or phone numbers with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Patients can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
How we share information
We share information only as needed to operate the service, including with:
- Service providers that help us deliver the platform (for example, cloud hosting, email delivery, and SMS delivery providers), who are authorized to use the information only to provide services to us.
- Pharmacies designated by the practice, to fulfill orders the practice places.
- Authorities or others when required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Eudela, our customers, or the public.
Data security
We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and reputable infrastructure providers. No system is perfectly secure, but we work continuously to protect the information entrusted to us.
Data retention
We retain information for as long as a practice maintains an active account, and as needed to comply with legal, regulatory, and operational obligations. Practices may request export or deletion of their data.
Your choices
Patients who receive messages can opt out of SMS reminders at any time by replying STOP, and can request help by replying HELP. For any other privacy request, contact us using the details below, or contact the medical practice that manages your records.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
