These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern use of the Eudela platform and services provided by Eudela LLC ("Eudela," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using Eudela, you agree to these Terms.

SMS Terms

By opting in to SMS notifications through the Eudela platform or through a participating medspa's intake process, you agree to receive transactional text messages related to your peptide program, including order updates, inventory alerts, and reorder reminders, sent on behalf of your medspa provider.

Consent is not a condition of purchase or receipt of care. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to cancel. Reply HELP for help. For support contact grant@eudela.com.

Eudela LLC complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices.

The service

Eudela is a software platform that helps medical practices manage peptide and medication operations, including inventory, ordering, and patient reorder communications. Eudela is not a pharmacy, is not an electronic medical record, and does not provide medical advice or prescribe medication.

Accounts and eligibility

Eudela is provided to medical practices and their authorized staff. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the service only for lawful purposes.

SMS reorder reminder program

Program name: Eudela Reorder Reminders.

Medical practices use Eudela to send operational reorder reminders to their patients by text message.

  • Description: Patients who opt in through their medical practice receive SMS reminders when a prescribed peptide or medication is due for reorder, along with practice contact information.
  • Consent is optional and not a condition of service: Opting in to receive text messages is not required to receive treatment, care, or any service. Patients who do not opt in still receive full care and can be contacted by phone or email.
  • Opt-in: Patients opt in by providing their mobile number and agreeing to receive reminders during intake at the medical practice.
  • Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on each patient's treatment and reorder schedule.
  • Cost: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
  • Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe and stop receiving messages.
  • Help: Reply HELP for assistance, or contact support using the details below.

Eudela and the practices it serves do not share patient phone numbers or SMS opt-in information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Eudela to: violate any law or regulation; send messages to individuals who have not opted in; transmit unlawful, harmful, or misleading content; or interfere with the security or operation of the platform.

Intellectual property

Eudela and all related software, content, and trademarks are owned by Eudela LLC. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the platform.

Disclaimers

Eudela is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Eudela does not provide medical, clinical, or pharmaceutical advice, and is not a substitute for professional judgment.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eudela LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
